At OilPads.co.uk (trading as R&C Components Ltd), we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and surrounding islands).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch (UK mainland).
Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, islands): 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Dispatch cut-off: Orders placed before 13:00 (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders after 13:00, or on weekends/public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
All times are working days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable UK couriers and Royal Mail depending on size, weight, and destination.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel.
4. Shipping Costs
All UK orders are shipped free of charge.
For special shipping requests or services, additional fees may apply — any extra cost will be displayed at checkout.
5. Delivery Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.
OilPads.co.uk is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Re-delivery or carrier charges incurred due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at sales@oilpads.co.uk or call 01482 692870.
We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Please retain all packaging and take photos of damaged items for claims.
7. Order Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your delivery.
