By placing an order on OilPads.co.uk, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by OilPads.co.uk.
We may refuse or cancel an order if products are unavailable, there is a pricing error, or for other reasons at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices on the website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other payment providers listed at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request the correct payment before dispatch.
3. Delivery & Shipping
We offer free UK delivery on all orders.
Typical delivery time: 2–3 working days from dispatch (remote areas may take longer).
Orders placed before 13:00 (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders after 13:00, on weekends or public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Reputable UK couriers and Royal Mail are used depending on order size and destination. Tracking details will be emailed once dispatched.
Customers must ensure delivery details are accurate; additional charges may apply for failed deliveries.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
