Return postage costs are only payable by the customer for non-faulty returns. Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our expense, in line with UK consumer law.

Returns Period

  • Returns accepted within 30 days.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions

  • Opened products or items that pose a hygiene or safety risk cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at sales@oilpads.co.uk or call 01482 692870 with your order number.
  • Weโ€™ll confirm your return and provide instructions, including the return address.
  • Package the items securely and send them back using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty Item: We will cover the return costs. We will provide you with a return label and instructions
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3โ€“5 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Youโ€™ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
