Refund & Returns Policy – OilPads.co.uk

At R&C Components Ltd (trading as OilPads.co.uk), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our returns process is clear, fair, and simple.

 

Return postage costs are only payable by the customer for non-faulty returns. Faulty or incorrect items are returned at our expense, in line with UK consumer law.

 

Returns Period

• Returns accepted within 30 days.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exclusions

• Opened products or items that pose a hygiene or safety risk cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective.
  

How to Return an Item

• Contact us at sales@oilpads.co.uk or call 01482 692870 with your order number.
• We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions, including the return address.
• Package the items securely and send them back using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
  

Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty Item: We will cover the return costs. We will provide you with a return label and instructions
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
